New Student Registration

Welcome to the Hampstead School District!

The Hampstead School District utilizes an online student registration and student data validation system for all new and returning student registrations called SchoolMint. The system can be completed using a computer or mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet. The system is a secure and green process, which allows the district to quickly obtain up to date information on your child. The online system will be used for all new and returning student registrations for student demographic, emergency and medical information and allow you to update that information prior to the start of the new school year. The system also allows you to electronically sign the annual permission forms for school district policies such as the Technology Student Permission, School Handbooks, and photo/video permission. This online process replaces all the hard copy student registration and permission forms used in previous years.

To begin, please call the school office of the school you wish to enroll to notify of your intent.

  • Hampstead Central School: 603-329-6326 x1100 (PreK and Kindergarten will wish to express their preference for time slots).

  • Hampstead Middle School: 603-329-6743 x2119 (All middle school students need to schedule an appointment with the guidance counselor before registration is complete).

Please note that fields marked with a required box must be completed. You will be able to save your information and return at a later time for submission if necessary. Your child's registration will not be considered complete until the on-line registration form is submitted and other required forms are received by the school.

The new student registration process requires the submission of the following documents.

  • A state certified birth certificate
  • Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, mortgage/rental agreement, property tax bill, etc.
  • Up-to-Date Immunization Records
  • Documentation of a physical exam, by a health care provider, dated within one year of the student's starting date in the Hampstead School District.

These may be scanned/photographed and uploaded into the online registration forms, or they may be brought to the school office to be copied.

Families that do not have a computer or Internet abled device are encouraged to visit the school and use a school computer.
