The Hampstead School Board will hold a public hearing in the Hampstead Middle School’s cafeteria located on 28 School Street, Hampstead, New Hampshire on Tuesday October 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm. The purpose and subject of the public hearing is to provide voters and members of the public with factual information regarding the HB1300 ballot question and its potential impact on the school district and SAU if either or both limitations are adopted at the polls for the November 3rd general election.
Only public comment relating to the subject matter will be accepted at the hearing. The hearing is scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for presentation by the School Board and Administration. The hearing may end earlier than 90 minutes if comments have ended. The Board reserves the right to extend the hearing beyond 90 minutes.
Speaker sign-up sheets will be made available at the door for persons wishing to speak and be heard.
