This week Mrs. Lazzaro's class was working on a class art project when all of a sudden, the class received a surprise visit from Mr. Terrile! The students were very excited and ready to "add details, details and more details" as Mr. Terrile always says. Well done Mrs. Lazzaro's class!

A mysterious snowman appeared in our courtyard today. We have no idea how it got there! But he enjoyed being at the middle school and especially looking at himself in his reflection!


Kevin Skarupa, meteorologist from WMUR (News 9) came to kick off Grade 3's study of weather this week. The kids were excited to learn about weather, meteorology, and how the weather report is broadcasted. Thank you to Kevin Skarupa for coming to visit us!




Girls B team played St. Chris last night and had another close game losing by only one point. Molly M led the team in scoring with 18 points. Eloise J led the team in rebounds. Overall the girls had another great fight till the end. The final score was 34-35.

On Wednesday the Girls B team defeated Sanborn 40-6. Sidney B scored 10 points, Hannah W and Molly M both scored 6 points. Sofia A and Abby E both played great offensively and defensively - scoring points and getting stops.

Boys B played a great game against St. Christopher. They won (36-16) their last game of the season going 8-4. Ryan and Lucian had an amazing game. Ryan had 12 points with 4 threes. Lucian had 8 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 blocks. Playoffs start Feb 5th for the boys. Let's go!!!

Boys A completed their season schedule with a solid win 43-26 over St. Joe's Salem. The team finished with 10 wins - three losses. Leading the scoring for the Hawks were Cam S. and Kaybin G.. Playing well defensively were Nevin R. and Quinn B.

Boys played a great game with a win against Sanborn 45-24. The bench came in and played amazing. AJ started the game off hot and lead the team to victory. The boys will have a game today at St Christopher’s. Let’s go hawks!

The Girls A team lost 27-41 to Auburn Middle School yesterday. The loss brings their record to 6-6 on the season as they enter the playoffs. They look to travel on the road for the quarterfinals on Feb. 6th. Location is still to be determined. Good luck and go Hawks!

The Boy's A team hosts St. Joseph's of Salem in a rare Wednesday afternoon at 3:30. This is the last regular season game until play-offs begin. Come and support your team.

Boys A beat Auburn 55-32 with a strong offense + a very good defense. Scoring was spread among 8 players with Cam S and Kaybin G. leading + LJ G, Logan O, Ben W and Christian W just behind. Quinn B. and Logan O were strong on the boards for the Hawks.

Good morrow fellow townsmen! Students around the district proudly shared what they've been learning about Hampstead's colonial history at celebration assemblies yesterday. Happy 275th Anniversary to Hampstead!!! Huzzah!!

The Girls A team lost a tough game 27-35 to St. Christopher yesterday. The loss drops their record to 6-5 on the season. They look to bounce back on Monday in the season finale here at HMS vs. Auburn. Come out and support our Hawks!

The Boys A team lost yesterday to St. Christophers 47-39. Scoring for the Hawks were Cam S with 15, Trevor M with 13, LJ G. with 6 and Quinn B with 5.
