Some of our fourth graders had an opportunity to visit Hampstead Middle School and participate in a podcast where they asked fifth grade students their burning questions about Middle School. It was a great experience and will provide helpful information to students making the transition between schools.

BioBubbles & Biofabrication! Today, nearly 180 enthusiastic 3rd and 4th graders dove into the world of biofabrication, creating their own mock hydrogels and bubble-shaped "cells" using sodium alginate. The hands-on fun didn’t stop there—they also got to explore the cutting-edge tech inside UNH’s incredible new STEM Mobile Lab! Big thanks to Sydney and the UNH teaching team for turning complex science into an exciting, hands-on experience. And a huge shoutout to UNH & their Economic Development partners who helped bring this innovative, self-contained, and sustainable lab to life. You’ve made it possible for students to learn science to *anywhere*—and that’s seriously cool! Also special thank you to the best facilities team anywhere helping with a quick set up and pack down to avoid the storms today. Want to learn more about the Mobile Lab? Check it out here: [https://manchester.unh.edu/outreach/stem-mobile](https://manchester.unh.edu/outreach/stem-mobile)

Last week Gr 1 students hosted their annual Grade 1 Mall! Students sold and bought various items for a few cents a piece. This activity gave the students the opportunity to apply what they learned in math class in a practical way. Their math study included coins, counting coins, values, and making change. It also gave them the opportunity to have fun and be creative! Included in the mall was even an arcade! It was a fun event for all the students!
