
The boys soccer team clinched another hard-fought victory, against Litchfield with a nail-biting score of 4-3. The game took a dramatic turn as the team entered the second half trailing 0-2. Fueled by determination and teamwork, they showcased their resilience on the field. Finn J, Bryce M, Matteo M, and Quinn B each netted a goal, with Finn J delivering two stunning corner kicks that set the stage for headers from Matteo and Quinn—highlighting their exceptional teamwork and skill. On the defensive end, Jacob G made crucial saves that kept Litchfield at bay, while Brody L and Carter B provided steadfast support to the defense. This match was a true testament to the boys’ intensity and teamwork. Keep up the great work, boys!


The Hawks field hockey team brought the intensity Wednesday as they played the defending champs, Bow. Although the game ended in a 3 to 2 loss, the Hawks fought strong and the girls left the field with their heads held high. Goals scored by fifth grader, Nora B and captain eighth grader, Ella W! Nice work ladies! Leah A did an incredible job defending free hits and shout out to Lea M for bringing the communication and those epic lifts! The Hawks travel on Monday to take on McLaughlin. Great job ladies!



The boys soccer team secured another impressive victory, defeating Londonderry with a score of 6-1. With this win, the team remains undefeated halfway through the season. The scoring spree was led by standout performances from Finn J, Brody F, Beckett Y, Quinn B, and Matteo M, each contributing to the scoreboard. Notably, Bryce M's exceptional ball movement played a crucial role in creating goal-scoring opportunities. Defensively, goalkeepers Jacob G and Jaxon C made key saves, while Brody L and Carter B showcased strong defensive skills. As the season progresses, the boys are proving to be a formidable force. Girls soccer bounced back with a nice 6-0 win yesterday over Londonderry Middle School. The win improves their record to 4-1-1 on the season. They take on an undefeated Litchfield team here at home on Monday 10/7. Good luck and go Hawks!


The Hawks field hockey team had a tough battle yesterday against Hood with a 6-1 loss. The team held their heads high and worked together to score their first goal on their home turf! With the help of her teammates, Aubrey P was able to get that ball in the back of the net! Shout out to Lea M for some great push passes that helped move the ball up the field and to Emma W dominating on the forward line. Thank you to everyone who came out to support!


The girls soccer team lost to Raymond 8-1 yesterday in a tough game on the road. Their 1st loss brings our Hawks overall record to 3 wins 1 loss and 1 tie on the season.


The girls soccer team beat Presentation of Mary Academy 5-2 on the road yesterday. The win improves their record to 3 Wins, 0 losses, and 1 tie (3-0-1) on the season. They take on Iber Homes Gove Middle School in Raymond tomorrow afternoon on the road. Good luck and go Hawks!


In an exciting matchup, the boys soccer team showcased their skills once again, remaining undefeated this season with a decisive 7-3 victory against PMA. The offensive effort was led by standout performances from Quinn B, Finn J, Beckett Y, and Evan E, each contributing to the scoreboard. Goalkeepers Jacob G and Ari F were instrumental in the win, making some impressive saves. Solid defensive play from Andrew S, Matteo M, Brody L and Brody F ensuring that the team maintained control throughout the game. The boys will look to continue their winning streak in their next game against Londonderry this Thursday!

Field Hockey played a great game against Hollis Tues! They came out strong + worked together as a team to win in a 6-0 shut out. Ella, Emily M, and Emma each had goals! Shout out to Emilia S for stepping up on mid field and scoring her 1st goal! Your coaches are so proud!

The game marked a significant milestone for 5th graders Reece B. and Evan E., who both scored their first goals of the season. Other standout players included Bryce M., Brody F., Finn J., Quinn B., Kai F., and Jaxon C., each contributing to the scoreboard. Goalkeepers Jacob G. and Ari F. showcased their talent, ensuring the opposing team couldn’t find the back of the net. Defensively, Brody L. and Matteo M. were rock-solid, helping to maintain the shutout. Great job, team! Keep up the fantastic work!


The girls soccer team beat Sanborn 6-1 on the road yesterday. The win brings their record to 2-0-1 (2 wins and 1 tie) on the season. They take on Londonderry Middle School here at home today at 3:30. Come out and support our Hawks!


Congrats to the girls x-country team who came in 1st yesterday vs. Parkside and Weare. Naomi E came in 1st overall for the 3rd straight meet! It was a fight to the finish for Emily D + Maya M who came in 2nd / 3rd. A strong showing from 5th graders, Alexandria C and Shea S!


Congratulations to the boys cross country team who placed first in their meet yesterday against Parkside and Weare. Parker C came in first for the HMS boys once again! Rounding out the top HMS five are Brandon T, Adam D, Finn D, and Carter D.


The HMS staff vs. HCS staff kickball game scheduled for this evening has been cancelled. We will let you know when the new game time will be at a later date.


The girls soccer team played a tough one against Auburn yesterday that ended up in a 2-2 tie. Our Hawks took a 2-0 lead halfway through the 2nd half but Auburn scored 2 late goals to tie it up before the end of regulation. They take on Sanborn this Wednesday on the road again as they look to bounce back and get another win. Good luck and go Hawks!


Hawks field hockey took on Cawley yesterday. Unfortunately, the Hawks were defeated 4-1, but the Hawks worked together as a team to get their first goal of the season, scored by Ella W! Emily S has had some key saves in goal so far this season, yesterday included. Way to go! Great team effort put forth by all players in the fourth quarter where they really worked hard to put their coaches feedback into motion. The Hawks are on the road again today taking on Hollis in their third game of the season!

Meanwhile, Finn J and Bryce M demonstrated exceptional teamwork with their seamless movement of the ball. It was a thrilling game filled with determination and skill, and the boys' relentless effort paid off in this hard-fought victory!
